Susan is a fundraising and partnerships professional having worked across social justice, community, and cultural organisations. Susan prides herself on building meaningful relationships with donors who share a commitment to justice, equality, accountability, and systemic change.

Prior to joining Grata, Susan held senior fundraising and development roles across the community sector at the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, where she delivered high-impact corporate partnerships with household brands and led the fundraising strategy across multiple portfolios. She has also worked internationally with design-led institutions such as Dinosaur Designs, Camilla and Marc and Scanlan Theodore, championing Australian designers on an international stage. Susan brings a deep belief in the power of community, storytelling, and collaboration to mobilise resources and deliver lasting impact.
