The Freedom of Information (FOI) system is one of the most important ways for us to continue to expose government misconduct, but we continue to see a degradation of the system that leaves all Australians exposed to the abuse of power by governments.

The Australian government is increasingly applying aggressive strategies to dodge its obligations. We urgently need to fix the FOI system before it's too late.
